The Second Day
Breakfast
One egg, a slice of toast and ½ banana.
Lunch

Dinner
Hot dogs (2 but without the bread), broccoli (one cup), carrots (½ cup of,) ½ any kind of fruit and ½ cup of ice cream.
The Third Day
Breakfast
Cheddar cheese (a slice), one apple and five crackers.
Lunch
One slice of toast and one boiled egg.
Dinner
1 cup of tuna, half a fruit and 1 cup of ice cream.
For better results try also doing some physical activity. They should be adequate to your daily routines and if you have some health issues you must first talk to your doctor before you start this diet.
