A possible Lexus LS F SPORT prototype has been spotted in Japan — here’s the image in full resolution:
There are some definite clues this is not a typical LS prototype, starting with the covered badge circled in red:
The F SPORT brand logo is clearly defined under the tape — here’s an uncovered badge as a point of comparison:
It’s also worth noting that all the chrome trim is now a muted grey — while this is likely just tape covering up the shiny bits, it does suggest a different finish as part of the F SPORT package. This model is almost certainly a hybrid LS 500h, as the exhaust is not visible in the rear bumper.
This is the first indication that Lexus may introduce an F SPORT version of the flagship sedan, though this prototype hardly makes it a 100% reality. Looking forward to learning more over the coming months.
