Graves Motorsports Link Full Titanium Performance Exhaust System for 2016-17 Kawasaki ZX10R
Graves Motorsports, the Performance Exhaust brand behind the last 7 USA National Superbike Championships, is excited to introduce their new 2016-2017 Kawasaki ZX10R Full LINK™ Full Titanium Exhaust System with Carbon Fiber Silencer. Employing the same design technology and performance advantages used to win their multiple roadrace titles, the Graves Ti Race System is constructed from the highest available aerospace grade Titanium featuring precision tapered header pipes, balance cross-over tubes in the head pipes, and seamless laser precision welds for the strongest and widest power band possible. All pipe joints have machined fittings for perfect flow and fit. The head pipes mount to the cylinder head with 7075T65T Billet Hard Anodized Alloy Flanges for long life. This tuned system does eliminate the stock OEM catalytic converter for a significant reduction in weight and a huge performance gain, but as such is only sold for use in off-road closed course racing.
Graves did not allow any compromises in the development of this system. Material diameters, lengths, the silencer core size and length are optimized for maximum power output throughout the ZX10R’s full RPM range. Combined with Graves’ exclusive Flash Tune Map this system produces a solid 15+ HP in the mid-range and 25+ HP on the top of the RPM powerband, with a similar gain in Torque. This tune also removes any computer error codes the bike will have when installing a performance exhaust. This is the highest quality, best performing Exhaust System on the market for the newest ZX10R. The Graves Diamond Shaped Carbon Silencer included with this Ti System is similar to the ones used on their factory Superbikes, enhancing the look of the ZX10R, and mounts directly to the motorcycle by using a stealth carbon fiber strap, saving weight and streamlining looks. This System is design for closed course off-highway racing use only, and will perform best with the optional Graves FTECU Flash mapping upgrade available from Graves.
