According to Daimler, the Mercedes-Benz Vision Van is a part of the company’s future initiative adVANce program. The vehicle promises to provide quicker and more convenient delivery systems to customers with its array of smart technologies.
The three fields of innovation that the adVANce program is focused on are integrating the van into the Internet of Things, allowing state of the art hardware-based solution for the transport sector, and offering new mobility concepts for the on-demand transport of goods and people.

The second element reduces the time spent on loading, sorting, and dispensing parcels from its point of origin to its destination.
