Samsung found a hit with the Galaxy Note 7, but it turns out the company has decided to delay shipments of the new phablet.
Reuters has received confirmation from Samsung that shipments of the Galaxy Note 7 have been delayed. Samsung says the reason for the delay is “additional tests being conducted for product quality.” However, details regarding what Samsung is testing and which parts of the world shipments will be delayed weren’t announced.
While it would be great to know exactly why the Galaxy Note 7 is being delayed, we’ll just have to accept that Samsung believes there is something that has to be fixed and that they’re doing what it takes to fix whatever issue there might be.
