LG officially announces the X power, X mach, X style, and X max

LG is following the release of its flagship, the G5, by adding four new devices to its lineup.

These handsets are set within the X brand, which means they should be a bit more affordable when compared to the high-end G5. The features lists, especially for the X power, aren’t lacking, though. Specifically, the X power features a 5.3-inch HD display, with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM under the hood. There’s a 13MP camera on the back, and a 5MP front-facing camera on the other side. LG’s crammed a huge battery as well, measured in at 4100mAh. The X power’s frame measures in at only 7.9mm thin, and it boasts PE+ fast charging technology.

LG’s X mach is all about speed. The device features support for LTE Cat. 9 3CA data transfers and a 1.8GHz hexa-core processor. It has a QHD IPS Quantum display, and the camera on the back features a 1.55μm sensor, which should make the low-light images much better. The X mach also boasts 3GB of RAM.

The X style will apparently stand out by “boasting gracefully curving lines and extra-slim body,” but what that actually means in practice remains to be seen at this point. The X max “sports a large display,” but LG isn’t announcing how big it is just yet.

LG should get around to announcing release dates for each handset, along with pricing, at some point in the near future.

What do you think of LG’s four new handsets?
