How well does the Kia Sorento retain its value?
The Kia Sorento has been named among the winners of the inaugural TrueCar Pre-Owned Value Awards (POVA). These TrueCar awards recognize 2014 model year vehicles that are expected to retain the highest percentage of their original value over the next three years. TrueCar doled out awards in 27 segments, with the Kia Sorento winning in the midsize utility class. Winning this TrueCar award is a great endorsement of how well the Kia Sorento retains its value.
The purpose of the POVA are to identify previously owned vehicles that are currently available that will retain the highest percentage of their value in the future. The winners were chosen through a study of the vehicle’s current performance and projected future value.

2016 Kia Sorento Specs and Features
The 2016 Kia Sorento begins by offering drivers three engine options. A 185-horsepower, 2.4-liter, four-cylinder, engine is standard on the base trim, but a 2.0-liter, turbocharged, 240-horsepower, four-cylinder and a 3.3-liter, 290-horsepower, V6 are also available. The base engine earns an estimated 21 city/29 highway miles per gallon, with the turbo four-cylinder offering 20 city/27 highway and the V6 checking in at 18 city/26 highway.
