2017 Kia Forte New Engine
Kia has revealed the new, 2017 Forte at the Detroit Auto Show. At the core of the car will be the 2017 Kia Forte new engine.
The 2017 Forte will be replacing the 1.8-liter engine used on previous models with a new 2.0-liter four-cylinder. The new engine will be paired with a new six-speed automatic transmission. The new engine will feature improved fuel economy.

The 2017 Kia Forte will also feature a host of new driver assistance features. These include:
- Autonomous emergency braking
- Rear cross traffic alert system
- Front collision warning system
- Dynamic Bending Lights

2017 Forte draws inspiration from Europe
The styling of the 2017 Kia Forte has been updated, drawing inspiration from European sport-sedans. The 2017 Forte gets a new bumper and a “tiger nose” grille along with new headlights.

The EX trim will be the top-of-the-line Forte, adding a premium interior to the car.
