Last month, we saw the updated 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport revealed, with a bold new grille design, three new exterior paint color choices, and a collection of new features. Now, as we get even closer to the release date, we’re excited to be able to give a more detailed accounting of the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport price and trim levels.
2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport Price
The Outlander Sport ES, with the base 2.0L four-cylinder engine, will start at a $19,595 MSRP with a manual transmission. That’s the same starting sticker price as the current year. CVT models for 2016 will start at $20,795. Features on the Outlander Sport ES include the Fuse hands-free calling system w/ USB port, color multi-information display, power tailgate, locks, doors, and windows, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated side mirrors, and LED taillights. The Outlander Sport will also be available with the more powerful 2.4L engine option, and ES models with either engine option will be available with or without All-Wheel Control.

The 2016 Outlander Sport SE will start at $22,495. The Outlander Sport gets the 2.4L engine on all models. In addition to all the ES features, the ES gets fog lights, fast-key entry system, heated front seats, automatic climate control, a rearview camera system, and a 6.1″ display audio system with digital HD radio and a SiriusXM subscription.
Finally, at the top of the lineup, the 2016 Outlander Sport GT starts at a suggested $25,995. The GT trim adds a panoramic glass moonroof, super-wide HID headlights, a 710-watt deluxe Rockford Fosgate audio system, and an optional navigation system.
