Ride For Kids: Phoenix Rides for Children with Brain Tumors
Ride For Kids Press Release: A desert rainstorm didn’t stop more than 150 supporters of the Phoenix Ride for Kids on Oct. 18. Motorcyclists came from across the state to support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s research and family support programs. The event at Higley High School in Gilbert honored five local brain tumor survivors, our Ride for Kids Stars: Austin, Gaites, Keegan, Leslie and Rosie. “Seeing all of your faces every year, helping kids like us, keeps me going all year,” Rosie said. Her mother, Jackie, was also appreciative. “Rosie is 10 years stable due to the research the foundation funds,” she said. The event is still collecting donations onlineHERE.
