Remembering hundreds of Pantone colors is no easy task, so one design studio wants to help… with emoji. A design project by Burro Studio places emoji over Pantone color strips as a visual aid to remember colors. The icons may not completely match the Pantone backdrop, but they do at least complement the color. Each strip also gets a fanciful name. ‘Nighiri Red’ and ‘Cheese Burger ‘are two of my favorites, though maybe I’m just hungry.
