Parking seems to be a constant battle for universities, and we can guess that’s the issue behind this Frederick Kent photo of the parking lot across the street from the Wendell Johnson Speech and Hearing Center at the University of Iowa – an issue that a big four-story parking garage seems to have solved. Kent didn’t appear to date the photo, however, so we’ll have to narrow it down for him and for the University of Iowa Libraries. What do you see here?
