The description for this photo on the Portland State University archives notes that the parking garage dominating the photo is the one on SW Harrison Street, which still occupies that same location and indeed fronts Harrison on one side, but the photo shows the SW Hall Street frontage to the parking garage, as seen from across SW 6th Avenue. However, we can’t argue with the date given in the description: January 18, 1979. What do you see here?
