It seems that every Paris carspotting photo we run features a traffic jam, and today’s, which Flickr member Richard took of the Quai des Tuileries from the Pavillon de Flore of the Louvre, is no exception. The cause of the traffic jam, though, isn’t readily apparent in this photo. What do you see here?
