The Mercedes-Benz G500 4×4² is considered as a more powerful version of the Mercedes-Benz G500. Since it is currently undergoing testing, it is a rare occurrence getting to see one out in the open. A report from motorward.com showed this model of the G-Wagen in plain sight, and it was given the Sunset Beam Orange color theme.
Since the G500 4×4² has yet to enter the market, this particular G-Wagen still features some camouflage on its body. The G500 4×4² will increase the G-Class range of luxury vehicles once it is officially released into the market. The G-Class range currently includes a three-door and five-door SUV model, the G63 and 65 AMG models, a convertible variant and the six-wheeled 6×6 model.
While the Mercedes-Benz G500 4×4² is essentially a four-wheeled variant of the 6×6, it does not feature an AMG engine, unlike its six-wheeled older brother. The G500 4×4² features a 4.0-liter bi-turbo V8 engine offering 450 HP of power. However, it should be noted that a body kit was already developed by Mcchip-DKR for the G63 AMG, which was lifted and given bigger wheels. In addition to giving the G63 AMG a similar appearance to the G500 4×4², its power output was also increased to 820HP.
The Crazy Color option given to the G500 4×4² is basically a part of a range of exclusive, bright and costly paint jobs offered to luxury vehicle for owners who may want to make their vehicle unique. This particular Mercedes-Benz G500 4×4² does turn heads as it goes down the road.
