Here’s a small but interesting fact about the updated 2016 Lexus ES — from Automotive News:
The update will go into production by year end at a new Lexus line being installed at Toyota’s Georgetown, Ky., plant, making it the first Lexus vehicle to be assembled in the United States.
This falls right into the timeline released last year. Also as a reminder, ES models will continue to be built in Japan as well.
