The people who first started using Facebook have grown up. As that core audience has aged, they’ve started to have kids, and consequently, post thousands of baby photos onto the platform.
Facebook is now making it easier to collect photos strewn across various albums with a new Scrapbook tool. Scrapbook lets you tag your children in photos so that you can collect them all in one place. You can then share the Scrapbooks with your friends.
Scrapbooks can be co-owned with your partner to make it easier for parents and guardians to work together on the albums. You can also choose any title for you kid; it could be his or her name, a nickname or something goofy.
To start a scrapbook, go to your profile, click on About, and then enter the Family and Relationships section. You’ll see the option to create a scrapbook there.
Scrapbooks are rolling out in the US today on the Web, iPhone and Android.
