Reader Robert Carolan sent us this photo showing traffic at Kenmore Square, where Commonwealth Avenue and Beacon Street intersect, not far from Fenway Park and right beneath the big Citgo sign. Maybe even taken from the Hotel Buckminster. From poking around the modern day street view, it appears this area hasn’t changed all that much over the last 50 or so years – the bus stop remains in the same place, and many of the same buildings still stand. What do you see here?
