As of this Monday, the compensation fund set up by General Motors in the wake of the February 2014 ignition switch recall received 75 more claims.

Reuters reports the new overall total comes to 4,312. Of those, 3,546 were related to less-serious injuries, 288 were for catastrophic injuries, and 478 were tied to fatalities.

Claims eligible for compensation stand at 143: 56 fatality claims, nine severe-injury claims, and 78 less-severe-injury claims. As for the rest, 513 were found ineligible, 1,388 are under review, and 1,198 lacked documentation.
