A bank robbery in downtown Bamberg, Germany, triggered immediately a response from available police forces. Several BMW-branded Police Cars headed to the crime scene which resulted in a car crash of an F31 3 Series Touring and the larger F11 5 Series Touring.
A moment of distraction and a truck evading the crossing was enough for the two cars to collide.
According to the police none of the four vehicles’ occupants have been injured, but not the same can be said about the cars. Judging by the photo below, it looks like the 5 Series Touring had its front fascia damaged heavily.
The positive message is that no criminals were found on site since it all turned out to be a false alarm.
At lest we know the police won’t stop at anything to catch the criminals…
