Two views of the intersection of State Street and 400 South for today’s carspotting exercise, both dated April 1952, thanks to the Utah Division of State History Digital Collections. Above, we see the intersection from the west looking east, and below the opposite view. It even appears as though some of the same cars are parked in front of the Hotel Plandome, so these photos were probably taken one right after the other. What do you see here?
