With 3D scanning and printing becoming attainable for DIY restorers, it’s becoming more feasible to resurrect cars from the 1980s with their myriad unreproduced plastic parts. However, they’re gonna need perfectly preserved, untouched, and unrestored originals as templates, cars like this 1985 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z for sale on Hemmings.com, a 17,000-mile original-owner car that’s never left California and that apparently has only occasionally ventured out from its garage these last 30 years. From the seller’s description:
