The already healthy Audi squad for the 2014 Bathurst 12 Hour endurance race is now boosted by a new entry.
Phoenix Racing, who had a very successful 2013 season with Audi in both DTM and endurance racing, are returning to Mount Panorama.
The Nürburgring based team will field a single Audi R8 LMS ultra in the demanding Aussie enduro event. The driver line-up will be announced later.
This will be the third straight year for Phoenix Racing at Bathurst. In 2012 the team entered a pair of Audi R8 LMS cars and won the event outright. In 2013 a single Audi car from Phoenix Racing took part in the 12-hour race and finished in a strong fourth overall.
