Bloomberg is reporting that Android Auto connectivity is coming to Lexus vehicles, finally ending a stalemate over how user data would be collected and shared. More than 80% of all smartphones are powered by Google software, with the rest using Apple iOS.
Officially, both Toyota and Google spokespeople have declined to comment. Bloomberg believes an official announcement could come as early as next month.
