Natural Remedy for Pain in the Bones, Knees, and Joints

Ingredients you need:

  • Cayenne pepper powder – two tablespoons
  • Apple vinegar – one cup or warm olive oil – half cup
  • Half inch of grated ginger

Preparation:

Mix the cayenne pepper and the olive oil or the apple cider vinegar. Mix and stir until it blends together.

How to use it:

Apply this mixture on the area twice a day and let it stay for 20 min.

The cayenne pepper reduces the ache because it is rich in capsaicin. It also has analgesic properties which warm the place and relieve the pain.

If you apply it regularly you will feel the improvement and after a while, your pain will disappear.
