Ever have one of those days when you’re stuck at your desk and you can barely peel away for a lunch break? With the busy holiday season upon us – that feels like everyday all of a sudden!
Paul and I are closing on our newly-built home in about 3 weeks, work deadlines are hitting me all at once, and it’s been impossible to find time to workout and eat healthy.
