Digital Audio Broadcasting (Dab+) is the replacement for FM Stereo, and already has an audience of over 500 million people in 40 countries worldwide. LG says that developers and broadcasters can customise the technical interface to develop their “tailored apps in which internet services complement broadcasted radio“.

The Stylus 2 carries other interesting features such as “Pen Pop” that triggers a pop-up menu when the stylus is removed from the handset, and “Pen Keeper” that detects when the phone is in motion with its stylus absent from its housing.
