Kawasaki Racing Press Release: It was an outstanding race weekend for Kawasaki in Jerez, Spain with Jonathan Rea clinching the 2015 FIM World Superbike Championship , Tom Sykes winning the Superpole and Race 1 and Kenan Sofuoglu winning the SuperSport race and extended his World SuperSport points lead. Over in France, the SRC Kawasaki team won the Bol d’Or 24 hour race, and in the U.S.A. Josh Grant won his first MXGP moto and finished second overall (Grant went 3-1) at the MXGP of Glen Helen, CA. 
After an incredible season with many ups and downs, Rea crossed the finish line in Jerez in fourth to clinch his very first World Superbike Championship. “This season has been incredible to say the least,” said Rea. “The team and I have been working so hard for this and to have finally achieve it leaves me speechless.” Sofuoglu would be victorious again in Spain, extending his World SuperSport lead to 33 points over the American Patrick Jacobsen who sits second. 
The FIM Endurance World Championship came to a close at the prestigious Bol d’Or in France, and after a demanding 24 hours it was SRC Kawasaki at the top spot of the podium. Kawasaki’s three riders Gregory Lablanc, Matthieu Lagrive and Fabien Foret couldn’t have been happier to get a win in their home country in front of all their family and fans. The final round of the FIM Motocross World Championship concluded in the U.S.A. at the world renowned Glen Helen Raceway in Southern California. Local boy Josh Grant and his Monster Energy Kawasaki surprised no one as he qualified first for Sundays moto’s. Grant would ride to an impressive third place finish after leading a majority of the race in Moto 1 and would rebound in Moto 2 to take his first MXGP win, going 3-1 for second overall.
