The Citroen C4 Picasso and Grand C4 Picasso are now available with an optional Safari pack that enhances the practicality and usability of the family-focused models.
Named after the Citroen DS Safari of 1958, the $1500 Safari pack includes roof bars, a 330-litre roof pod, a removable waterproof boot liner, and tablet holders on the front headrests for passengers in the second row.
Citroen Australia says the Safari pack will be available through dealerships until June 30, or while stock lasts.
“The original DS Safari was designed to enhance the touring capabilities of the DS and this Safari pack has been implemented for the same reasons,” said Citroen Australia national sales manager Shaun Mackie.
The Safari pack complements the long list of features standard on both Picasso models including auto headlights and wipers, LED daytime running lights, panoramic glass sunroof, semi-automated reverse parking, dual-zone climate control, 12.0-inch dash-mounted panoramic screen, 7.0-inch multifunction touchscreen, 360-degree camera system, satellite navigation, and 8GB music storage hard drive.
The Citroen C4 Picasso costs $40,990 while the Grand C4 Picasso costs $43,990 (both prices before on-road costs).
