From the same parking lot in Washington, D.C., and the same photographer (Albert Freeman) who took our previous wartime look at D.C. comes today’s carspotting post, courtesy Shorpy. Freeman must’ve taken the photo on a different day, though, because it appears none of the cars – if any are common between the two photos – are in their same positions. One of the commenters on the previous photo pinpointed the location on New York Avenue NW, looking north, a location currently taken up by a church. What do you see here?
