CSC Motorcycles today announced its “Good Buddy” program, in which it will pay the freight costs if two or more people purchase the RX3 adventure-touring motorcycle and have them shipped at the same time and to the same location within the continental United States.
CSC President and CEO Steve Seidner says the limited-time offer is to celebrate the successful completion of the 1700-mile Baja Inaugural Ride and 5000-mile Western America Adventure Ride. Normally, freight charges can be up to $500, depending on location.
The RX3 is sold by CSC direct to customers, with no dealers acting as middle men. “If you need a dealer, the RX3 is not for you,” Seidner said in a company press release. “Our riders are much more self-sufficient than most, and we empower them to do many of the routine maintenance activities themselves through our maintenance tutorials and free service manual.” Included for the $3495 price of the RX3 is an unlimited mileage two-year warranty, and the tutorials and manual Seidner mentions are available for free online.
